Why Niche Alchemy?
The service and value brought to the table, is informed by years of experience across some complex businesses and brands.
Across my layered journey in the industry, the last 15 years with the V&A Waterfront has been deeply immersive.
You see, that’s the type of business that is not simply a mixed-use precinct. It is a 123-hectare microcity of converging ecosystems.
- RETAIL (luxury, mainstream and bespoke),
- Food, Beverage & Hospitality
- Small Business Development
- Art, Culture & Attractions
- Ocean Economy (Ocean tourism, Superyacht industry & Ocean racing)
- Engaging commercial tenants (offices) as well as residential spaces taking root in a magnificent setting that connects the people of the city with the ocean.
- CX systems, Data & tech solutions, processes, people & culture
- Shared Value frameworks that justify premium and builds ecosystem thinking across sustainability, economic empowerment, job creation and thought leadership.
- Bolstering the physical experience economy: placemaking & urban design, Events and Experience curation.
- Tenant experience management – the heart of what makes a business successful is its immediate B2B stakeholders and the journey walked.
This is but some of the layers within the fabric of the V&A neighbourhood that I have been deeply entrenched in. As much as I’ve celebrated many wins, I’ve also paid many a school fee in developing new propositions, problem solving, building relationships, enabling research and insights work, and demonstrating ROI.
Equally, my days in advertising gave me the foundations for relationship management, project custodianship and understanding the complexities of delivering something truly worthwhile.
It’s the ability to spot the fracture before it takes the ripple effect.
“I’ve had the privilege of working with Nisha over about five years, and deeply appreciate her ability to move with grace and curiosity in spaces of uncertainty. That’s where innovation and strategic interpretation find their groove, and Nisha has proven herself to be an excellent thinking partner (and, when required, a truly efficient doer). She embodies the open mind/ open heart/ open will state of being.”

She has a keen ability to understand customer and client insights, aligning theoretical knowledge with real-world execution to drive significant project outcomes- even in complex environments
Beyond her experience, she is an effective coach, always willing to guide and mentor those around her. Her personable and approachable nature makes collaboration seamless, and her strong work ethic and character ensure that she consistently delivers excellence. She is also highly versatile, easily working across multiple sectors. I have seen her work’s impact, where her ability to navigate complexity has led to tangible and meaningful results.”
Strategic Programme Manager: V&A Waterfront
“I first met Nisha in advertising in 2007, and from the outset she stood out for her poise, strong brand instincts and ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients alike. When the V&A Waterfront was recruiting for a retail marketing role in 2011, she was top of mind. Working together, I saw her build strong partnerships with restaurateurs, helping to raise the Waterfront’s profile with food audiences through insightful, well-crafted campaigns. Over time, she took on expanded leadership roles within the marketing team with the same integrity, curiosity and drive for excellence that define her.”
