Transformation requires one to ask difficult questions, lean into the discomfort of the unacknowledged, and surface the beautiful problem. The approach taken is a collaborative one, collectively we:

  • UNEARTH & DISTILL: A deep dive into what’s working and what isn’t, where is the perceived disconnection between brand presence and experience? What are the deeper reasons behind this disconnection and what are the data and insight indicators that validate this?
  • CLARIFY & TRANSFORM: Leveraging surfaced insights and gems, we devise a framework that cohesively addresses business, brand & CX opportunities.

PACKAGE OPTIONS:

While every contextual need is different and can be discussed and scoped separately. Below are a few options to explore:

Explore & Discover

This option provides an opportunity to simply engage and connect on the journey to date and surface thinking that offers a different perspectives or ideas.

STRUCTURE :

  • 1 hour introduction and discovery call
  • 3-5 hour session (hours are flexible and can be agreed after discovery call and best approach to structuring our time together)
  • Service delivery: A packaged recap of themes, ideas, solutions and recommendations will be provided post session.

Estimate: R25 000

SPRINT DIAGNOSTICS

This package is a less engaging, lighter option. Where a lot of the heavy lifting and unearthing is done on my part. This option provides a taster of thinking and value add:

STRUCTURE:

  • 1-2 Hour discovery call – we talk through challenge / vision at a high level. After which, data, learnings, insights gathered to date along with processes and any other relevant information is shared. I take this away and work through all relevant information.
  • 1 x mystery customer engagement with the business (by myself)
  • Service Delivery: Roughly 7-10 business days later, we reconvene where I present back high-level insights, diagnosis and focus areas + ideation that informs the strategic blueprint.

UNEARTHING THE GEM

This package is a combination of discovery and team collaboration, an immersive session that bring insights, perspectives, data and learnings into a safe space. We reflect, discuss and walk away with a high-level framework of areas to prioritise. This includes:

  • 2 Hour discovery session (online or in-person which will inform how workshops are designed and structured)
  • 5-day workshop
  • On day 1 (Full day) – we gather, set the scene, reflect on objectives, data, learnings, insights, stories, experiences that has led to where the team / strategy is now.
  • Service Delivery: roughly a week later, a reconvene for a 3-5hour workshop for a structured playback of pain points, wins and areas to prioritise coupled with a recommended framework to take forward.
